Pricing
All prices listed on our website, advertisements and/or catalogs do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order, the total cost will be provided including outbound shipping and handling charges. Prices do not include any additional taxes, duties or fees that may apply on entry to your country. All orders are billed in Canadian dollars. US pricing is estimated for comparison purposes only.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Ztune Motorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ztune Motorsports is not responsible for any incorrect product information provided by suppliers or manufacturers. The site user is solely responsile for confirming product specifications and fitment with the product manufacturer before placing an order.
Parts Usage
All parts sold by Ztune Motorsports, except for OE parts and street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road/racing use only. Federal, Provincial and State laws may prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public roads. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void your vehicle's warranty coverage. Ztune Motorsports shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.
Ztune Motorsports shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Ztune Motorsports will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Ztune Motorsports shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
Used parts carry no warranty, and are purchased at the buyer's risk.
Order Cancellations
Any order which is canceled with Ztune Motorsports once the order is in processing, pre-shipping or completed will be subject to a 20% (twenty percent) re-stocking fee unless the order has been prolonged more than 21 working days. Cancellations are not available for special order items. Customers are advised to contact us for cancellation requests.
Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before making your payment. Any and all refunds will be made via in-store credits only, unless otherwise approved by Ztune Motorsports.
Payment
Ztune Motorsports accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and E checks by Pay Pal, Interac Money Transfer and Bank transfer. More information about payment methods and fees is provided during the order process. All E checks are subject to a minimum of 4 to 9 business day waiting period to clear with our bank.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has cleared our bank. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address on file with the card provider. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the card's bank. For PayPal orders, orders can only be shipped to a confirmed address.
Shipping
A shipping estimate in terms of price and time is provided by the site when your order is placed. The time specified is an estimate only. Order processing time may delay shipment. Ztune Motorsports is not responsible for any delays during order processing, or while a shipment is in transit. International customers are advised that quoted shipping prices are the outbound freight cost only, and do not include any additional taxes, duties or fees that may apply on entry to other countries.
Depending on the size and weight of your order, it may either be sent by postal mail, FedEx or Greyhound Courier. Over-size or over-weight orders may be sent by freight truck, and may require you to pick up your order at a freight depot. The shipping method and tracking number (if any) will be emailed to you once your order ships. Any and all additional freights costs will be paid for by the purchaser.
Shipments are sent insured, where possible, however, Ztune Motorsports is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Some shipments, such as used engines, cannot be insurred, and are shipped at the purchaser's risk.
International Orders
All foreign orders are final, no returns will be accepted. It is therefore the buyers responsibility to order the correct parts. Ztune Motorsports does not guarantee proper fitment for buyer's foreign vehicles as all parts sold by Ztune Motorsports are made for the Canadian domestic market.
Rejection of Goods
As soon as the goods are delivered to the purchaser's address, the purchaser must immediately inspect the shipment. Notice sent via email must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
Claims
Ztune Motorsports will exchange and pay all outbound shipping expenses to the value of the freight to the customers address ONLY if the part number received does not match the order placed within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Claims due to the incorrect selection of products will not be accepted.
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by Ztune Motorsports. Items returned are subject to a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee. Returns or refunds are not accepted on electrical items, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact Ztune Motorsports within this time period to be eligible for a return.
A returns must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in the original, un-damaged packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to additional restocking fees, or may be rejected. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels which have been mounted, are not returnable. If Ztune Motorsports does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing the part.
Used parts cannot be returned for any reason.
Refunds
A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned and received by Ztune Motorsports, and verified to be in returnable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. Bank transfers can not be refunded back to your account. In this case, we will either issue a store credit or mail you a refund cheque. Refused shipments sent back to Ztune Motorsports do not constitute a refund or credit. Ztune Motorsports reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee.
Warranty
All products sold by Ztune Motorsports are only subject to the manufacturers warranty. Used parts carry no warranty, and are purchased at the buyer's risk. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer's mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. If a product is deemed faulty and is acceptable for a warranty claim, the part may be repaired or replaced. The purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. Ztune Motorsports will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installation by a licensed automotive technician. Parts installed by a non licensed automotive technician will render the warranty claim as void. Warranty applies to replacement or part only. The customer is responsile for all shipping and labour costs incurred.
Customers are advised to contact Ztune Motorsports prior to returning an item for warranty, as many items may need to be sent straight to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
